Dining Area and large Kitchen:
The dining area has ample room for up to six persons, eight if you squeeze your grandchildren in. The kitchen is designed to provide lots of room for the gourmet cook.
All the areas including Kitchens can be custom-designed during construction for a small additional sum.
Court Yard:
A small courtyard provides ample natural light to the guest bedroom, master bathroom, living, and dining areas. It may be enhanced by a water fountain feature and or tropical foliage. It also may be used as a second entrance to the Villa from a proposed walkway that will lead all the way up to the guest parking.
Private Carport:
Each villa has its own private carport which can support a fully enclosed roof for a small extra cost along with additional storage. If the owner wishes not to have his own private car they can convert it into an additional bedroom, office, or additional storage.
